Hey everyone... WHAT A WEDDING!!!

It was perfect! This is a short post - but there are MANY MANY pictures on the way!!!

I mean the vacuum :)

For those not in the know, Lois and Connie drew a picture of the vacuum in a card, and it looked surprisingly like a fish.  Tee hee.

We haven't used it yet, but I'm sure our two cats are poised to spill or break something!

Also, had my first cup of coffee from the French press :)  Delicious!!  Special thanks to Lyns and Amber for the hot water heater :)

Yesterday I received Mallory's gift in the mail - a French press for coffee.  I cannot WAIT to make good coffee *drool*.  I think I will use one of the gift cards to go buy the burr grinder.... yummies!!

I also recieved Kathy Laub's gift of martini glasses from Crate and Barrell in the mail!  They are beautiful, thank you so much!!

So, only 50ish days until the wedding... EEP!

Looking forward to seeing you all at the bridal shower this weekend!!!! A lot of RSVPs! How exciting!!!

The planning is going good.  Almost everything is wrapped up.  We just need to find a limo and a couple other small details.  My family and I will be working very hard on the invites this weekend and they should send out in a few weeks.  Hand-making them took a lot of extra time, but thanks to my Ma and Pa, its been a breeze (for me at least!).  

So I lied... We aren't going to the Bahamas.

We are going to... JAMAICA.... ALL-INCLUSIVE STYLE!!!!

The resort is Sandals Whitehouse. We decided not to go to the Bahamaian resort because it got a lot of bad reviews.

Description of our room:
Patio with view of beach and/or pool.

Our room will have a view of the ocean (its about 100 ft from the water - sigh).  I can't wait!!!!! 

Here is the place we've picked out (tentatively).

Sandals Royal Bahamian - Resort and Offshore Island

It is in the Bahama's and it is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!  The hotel is on the mainland, but they also have an offshore island (very remote) with a freshwater pool with swim up bar in case you need to be refreshed :).  To get there you swim or take a kayak, etc.  That was what impressed me most about the place.
